Any way this isn't trimmed?

I recently received this card. It looks trimmed to me in the bottom corners, especially the bottom left. Is there any way this is a legitimate defect?

It’s pretty normal for WOTC cards to have weirdly cut corners like that

I would say 99% not trimmed. I have multiple cards like that from base jungle and fossil. Unfortunately if your looking to grade it, PSA is hit or miss. I have got some back graded no problems and also got some back with them refusing to grade saying altered. Just kind of is what it is with those old cards…
