I could not find anything on it as far as sales go on freebay. YES…I Googled it and nothing. Figured I’d get an answer here from you super knowledgeable collectors. 
It’s some sort of Puzzle Box:
looks pretty beat up, postage to send that thing would probably cost more than what it’s worth unfortunately
It was 15 bucks. No harm no foul. Just wanna know what the frick it is or some history behind it.
As incredible of a franchise Pokemon is, unfortunately not everything with its name slapped on it is worth a ton of money.
