  1. Can you do custom card encapsulations (green label) in the same submission as graded cards?
  2. Can you request that cards graded below a certain threshold receive “Authentic” instead of a number?

I should clarify the first question though. Is it possible to ship a custom encapsulation order with a graded order? Here’s the context. My little cousin is into collecting and we opened a Japanese Shining Legends box together. I’m going to send in a few of his cards along with 50-100 cards I want to grade. I also have one of those custom cards of him from when he played little league hockey in 2012 (we are Canadian after all). I think it would be hilarious to get that one graded with his Pokemon cards, my family will get a kick out of it. I’m mostly concerned about shipping costs (again, Canadian). I don’t want to pay for shipping, casing and return shipping just for a one card that is mostly a joke.

What’s the cheapest way of making this happen?

You can ship them together, but they’ll be returned seperate with two different shipping fees.

You could possibly find someone use their address for return shipping and then have them combine packages and ship to you for a smaller return shipping fee. I’m not sure if this is cost effective or not.

Thanks for the advice. Good to know I only need to send one package. I live near the border, maybe I’ll look into using one of those mail-pickup services.
