Thanks  I AM!!! I remember when i asked you over a month ago for these cards and then all of a sudden within a space of a month i managed to acquire all 4 cards

To put it into perspective of how much of an acheivement these 4 cards are, has anyone got a distribution number for each card just for my own knowledge?

@149montblanc: congrats man! I am glad you were able to acquire such beauties!

  1. TMB no.3 Trainer - only 9 copies
  2. SSB no.2 Trainer - only 9 copies
  3. Pikachu 1998 - no.1 Trainer - only 3 copies
  4. Pikachu 1998 - no.3 Trainer - only 3 copies

As far as im aware, i think that is the correct number of copies for each of the 4 cards

Wow that’s impressive that you managed to buy them all! Is it really competitive among the high end trophy card collectors to buy them?

Wow… just wow, when I look at them my jaw just hangs and I drool a bit haha. The tmb and ssb prize cards have always bee my favourite designs.

The TMB and SSB are correct but there are actually 14 copies each I believe of the lizardon 1-3 trainers.

There are definitely more than 3 copies of the 1998 pikas. The 1997 have the lowest amount with only 4 in total. The 1998 tournaments have significantly more copies in context to the 1997 release.

Numbers are as follows if memory serves me right:

'97 first tournament: 4 copies per card
'97-98 Lizardon mega battle: 14 copies per card
'98 Kamex Mega battle: 15 copies per card.

I have a few articles with the winners photos but alas those are to home

That is a reflection of the PSA pop report. The copies in there do not correctly represent their respective years. There was a 1998 set falsely labelled by PSA as a 1997 set.

Omg, just 4 cards but amazing additions. *drool*

Thanks

**Update: Long awaited grades of my two 1998 trophy pikachu cards. PSA messed up the labels on both of my cards as well. Ive decided to leave it for the time being.

No.1 Received a PSA GEM MINT 10!
No.3 Received a PSA - MINT 9
