I am looking for an ungraded Rayquaza Gold Star in excellent/NM condition, in English or French (French would be even better)

I am willing to pay maximum around 150€ depending on condition (may be more, need to see the card first). However, I would rather not buy from the US since that would imply a 30% tax to add to the total price.
