I’ve been hitting a road block trying to get ahold of a PSA 10 4th Print/1999-2000 Copyright Gyarados. There was one on eBay a while back from a UK seller but I screwed around too long and didn’t buy it 
That’s the only one I’ve seen since so I thought I’d ask you fine folks for help.
It’s only pop 5 last time I looked so if you have one that’s not labeled that’s just fine. Offering $800USD but definitely willing to negotiate.
