The psa label seems faulty, it doesn’t say 1st ed and the barcode shows the unlimited. Is that psa error or something fishy?

I’ve sent in Japanese cards of this era to PSA and accidentally entered one as first edition that wasn’t and PSA still put first edition on the label even though the card didn’t have a first edition stamp. I’m guessing a similar thing happened to that mew.
