I’m wanting to just get this out of the way and complete the Eeveelution full PSA 10 set in Japanese. Obviously the most difficult cards to get in this sets are the lottery promos. I’m willing to throw some good money at it if anybody can help me out or sell them to me.

Hey bud, I made a contact through my friends who had a sequential promos in PSA 10. I reached out to them and purchased them. Funny enough, there was someone who contacted me through this post actually. He was a newer account and he time stamped and showed he owned these cards. Was about to do the deal but something felt off due to the cost of these cards he was offering (3K below Market at the time for all 3). I was hesitant and decided to keep talking with these other contacted I made through my friend. Turns out my friends contact had the EXACT same cards this other guy was selling. I was a bit confused to say the lease.
Apparently, this other guy was contacting them to try to middle man it but charge me a lower cost? Idk probably some weird scam he was planning. Ended up contacting PFM about the user and maybe he was banned? Idk.
Long story short, be very careful when buying 10K+ cards now a days and always second guess why a price is “very good” compared to market.
To answer your question, I would scavenge ebay and if all else fails, try to talk with some vendors on others who may have one

Yup! I ended up buying them from my friend’s connection in Japan who had the sequential set tbe same cards someone was trying to scam me with lol
