Hey everyone, I am looking to purchase some Diamond, Pearl, & Platinum ERA Japanese sealed booster boxes. Wanted to check here first before buying elsewhere.
I feel like I have a good price range for most of the boxes, but I experienced some issues in my research, due to unclear set name translations, not 100% English/Japanese card set transfers, availability, etc. - making searching sold listings difficult. Also some sold listings do not state whether the box sold was 1st edition, and the photos don't help either. (likewise with current listings)
Anyway, here is what I am looking for:
- DP6, Intense Fight in the Destroyed Sky ($325) - Unlimited (seems kinda high - but it does have the Charz.), unsure of 1st Ed. price??
- DP4, Dashing Dawn/Dawn Dash ($325) - 1st Ed., unsure of Unlimited price??
- DP 2, Secret of the Lake ($220) - Unlimited, unsure of 1st Ed.
- PL, Galatic Conquest ($200) - Unlimited, unsure of 1st Ed.
- DP 5, Mysterious Cry ($200) - Unlimited, unsure of 1st Ed.
- PL3, Pulse/Beat of Frontier ($180) - Unlimited, unsure of 1st Ed.
- DP1, Diamond/Pearl Base ($185) - 1st Ed., unsure of Unlimited??
- DP4, Chase of Moonlight ($175) - Unlimited, unsure of 1st Ed.
- PL4, Advent of Arceus ($160) - Unlimited, unsure of 1st Ed.
- PL2, Ties/Bonds to End of Time ($135) - Unlimited, Unsure 1st
- DP5, Temple of Anger ($125) - Unlimited, Unsure of 1st
There is also DP3, Shining Darkness, I've only seen 1st Edition for $450-$500. Not sure I want to pay more than $350 for a single booster box right now, so unless the unlimited is significantly lower, but haven't seen any.
Please let me know if the prices are reasonable and if you have any insight on the missing prices.
I am looking for the cheaper of the two between Unlimited and 1st Edition (which I realize means Unlimited), unless the prices are very close, like within $25.
Please feel free to message me which boxes you have and the price you are willing to sell them at. I am unable to purchase every box listed at this time, but would be able purchase probably 2-4 of them depending which.
