Do you need no rarity? If not, hit up @thecharizardauthorty as he got quite a few Japanese Base Set in the big purchase he made recently. May be able to sell you one. I don’t think his are no rarity.
I’d also recommend messaging him on eBay as he tends to check and respond to those messages faster than E4
