Ex series way before Primes and eventually Lv.X’s. Missing gen 3 products when they were brand new has to be biggest regrets in this hobby for me.

You know lately ive been asking myself this sort of question as well being that my collecting goals in WOTC are starting to dry up being ive completed most already. Its really hard to say which id prefer, but digging into HG/SS and being a Johto lover/collector its been really calling to me. The primes are, as everyone says, a bit odd with that close up face shot of the pokemon, but oddly it gives a mysterious way about them that sort of gives it an edgyness to want more, thus being a pusher to the og neo sets which i can appreciate. Overall thatd have to be my top pick for now, but when i give the other sets a few more looks i can better determine my choice haha.
