I just came across these and can’t find any info on them. They seem to be 17 card “packs”, but the price leads me to believe they’re fake cards, or perhaps there’s just no chance of getting anything good. The only thing that comes up on google are a couple ebay links, and some other links that just lead me to a broken/error page.
