i realize this is all just make-believe about almost-but-not-quite animals lol, but it still seems very impractical!!! if vmax is just the pokemon but large, and it’s based on a chameleon, let it be big and impersonate a structure! or like a landscape. way cooler imo

yeah I agree it just looks weird. The sw/sh starter vmax forms are odd, I might be missing something but I don’t understand why they all get so tiny and all we see is the form they’re perched on. Especially next to the really nicely designed and conceptual vmax forms like snorlax or gengar. I love the idea that snorlax slept so long an entire world grew on his stomach

ahhh okay okay so there is a base to the tail and it’s thematic with the rest of those starters, that makes more sense at least!! i agree though it seems a bit underwhelming
