I just noticed that the website watchcount.com has been suspended (speculative reasoning is that the site hasn’t been paying their bills for web hosting).
For those who don’t know, this website can be used to check out what the actual realized sold price was for eBay sales that end in a best accepted offer.
Does anyone know if there is another site that offers a similar service or if there is any other way to track true prices for eBay best offer sales?
watchcount.com replied to me and said their outage is due to an unprovoked attack.
You can also look up the actual sold price for any Best Offer by entering the item ID with the following url into your browser:
cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItemVersion&item=[item_id]
(Someone else posted this tip on the forum a couple of months back, but I don’t remember who or which thread)
