As someone in Canada, how would I go about contacting USPS about a package I sent to the US that hasn’t had tracking updated since May 30th? It just says “In Transit to Next Facility”. I sent a similar sized package to someone else a few days later and they received it within a week…
Since you cant just go the post office might as well try calling them

Yeah, I realized that’s an easy question to find the answer to after I posted it haha, but thanks anyways 
. The buyer has actually already contacted them, but they just said it was in customs and still nothing has changed

If you are someone who hasn’t received a package yet and the transaction was on eBay - and its likely because of Coronavirus, I recommend contacting the seller.
A buyer recently did that for something I sent out - and I contacted ebay about it. Ebay opened a case (I didn’t ask them to) and closed it all relatively quickly, refunding the buyer out of their pocket and not out of mine. So the buyer ended up getting the card he bought + his money back, while I got to keep the money from the sale as well.
