Unreleased BW promos

While buying cards for a Mizue binder I was putting together, I came across Pikachu BW 77 and Raicu BW 78, which were both done buy her. These two cards have a interesting story as according Bulbapedia they were planned to be released in the Plasma Freeze Three Pack Blisters, but due to the cancellation of an English Landorus Box, BW Promos Landorus and Druddigon were issued in the Blister Packs instead of Pikachu and Raichu. Because of this they were never released in English even though they are available to view in PTCGO.

A sad loss, as its such a happy Pikachu artwork. I believe they were released on Japanese in some capacity

Not sure about the Raichu, but the Pikachu was indeed released in both Japanese (151/BW-P) and Korean (049/BW-P), which I have both in my collection.
