There’s a Hidden Legends box being auctioned on eBay right now. If I had to guess, you could get it for under $5k. It’s probably the cheapet EX-series box. I think you’ll have a tough finding Emerald and Gym Challenge in the $5k range, though. Those two are probably 50% or so more than that. Best of luck, though, and I think you should be able to find most of those at close to your budget.
