All cards/stickers that have yet to be properly identified (or for which an online source with information is missing):

If anyone recognizes any of the other cards/stickers, feel free to comment. I will use this comment for all cards/stickers that have yet to be identified later on, and will edit the top comment with all those we have identified along the way. Also, feel free to post cards yourself that have yet to be identified, and I will later on add them to this post.

Series 2 (blue) #13 Ash & wounded Pikachu; Series 2 (blue) #131 Pikachu, Bulbasaur, and Squirtle in a dark forest; Series 2 (blue) #153 Misty, Ash, and Pikachu in the Fushsia Gym (right part).

ANA Golden Boarding Pass:

As far as I’m aware there were three different versions: Flying Pikachu, Mewtwo, and Mew. These boarding passes were given out as a present when you’ve flied with ANA (All Nippon Airways), the Japanese airline, back in 1997 and during a limited campaign. Each boarding pass has a different serial number at the top. There is a place on the back to fill in your name, address, phone number, and blood type. Although all writing is in Japanese, it mentions the height, weight, etc. of the Pokémon jet on the front. (Source for this information: a past auction.)
