For Forbidden Light, the rarity table looks as follows:
The total number of full art Pokémon, full art Trainers and secret rares in the model is smaller for this set (2.2) than for earlier Sun & Moon series sets (2.4); this is supported by the raw data. In the model I am assuming each secret rare is printed 4 times on the FT sheet, taking up 60 of 100 slots in total, which leads to a somewhat low box ratio for secret rares of 0.72. This also fits the raw data more or less, as the ratio of secret rares to total number of cards from that sheet in the samples looked at is 65.3 for my own data, 61.9 for that of @burpies and 58.8 from the Derium video.
The two non-holo rares which are featured as theme deck exclusive holos, Alolan Exeggutor and Lycanroc, are short printed, as can be seen from the raw data presented at the bottom.
