The moves are in a language that isn’t English. Is that normal for teasers that they will release in English?
That’s Italian, TPCi eventually releases the same card (and set) in all of its languages

With what they did here and the Gamestop exclusive Greninja UPC, I’m starting to think it’s a TPC problem as much as a TPCi problem
They already used IR/SIR promos for Shrouded Fable that we haven’t seen yet in JP, which tells me that TPCi doesn’t have anything else left to show for these Pokémon from future JP releases despite wanting to create a Premium product like the 151 UPC or Charizard UPC in previous years

Yeah, I think that makes sense! Not that it’s really much better, but they could at least pull AR/SAR from the sets like they did with 151 to make the premium collection look better. Granted, I don’t really like that either because then it just dilutes the set and makes an exciting chase card less exciting.
