It’s an abbreviation I only see on ads of Cardhouse. Which isn’t known for his most honest behavior.

haha I know right? but I asked him and that’s what he told me so I dunno…
whatever works I guess…

I’m sure it oughta mean something though… I’ve seen other listings from other sellers with “STSK” also…
