So let’s start at the beginning. I have started this Collection 2 years ago. I wanted to buy all English Mankey, Primeape and Annihilape cards. Then i noticed there are also Japanese versions. So at this point i am at 99% done with Japanese and English of all available cards of those 3. Recently i saw video’s from Ian with Ian and his journey to collect all Languages.
This brought back memories of buying Dutch Pokemon cards as a kid. And so the collection addiction started. And now I am working on creating a list of all Languages of each of them. Any tips on it to help me ? I did see a recently updated Primeape Collection thread

Here’s my usual answer, I generally recommend the following procedure to compile a list of all cards:
- Go to the Bulbapedia [Name of Pokémon] (TCG) article to get a list of all cards of a Pokémon
- Go to the article of each card to see if there are additional promo or deck releases
- Look at the article of the respective expansions / decks / products to figure out which languages they were available in (and if first edition / unlimited and reverses exist)
- On the card articles now aditionally go to More and use “what links here” to see the Korean/Thai/Indonesian/T-Chinese/S-Chinese exclusive sets and decks the card might be in (their articles are the ones with (ATCG), (KTCG) etc. at the end)
- For recent Simplified Chinese sets which Bulbapedia might have not covered yet, use the setlists on the Pokipair website instead.
- For EX era serial code variants check against this spreadsheet for international and this spreadsheet for Japanese / Korean cards.
- Do further research for example on Pokumon
- For cameos have a look here and then repeat the other steps for those cards as well.
This guide also contains some additional information like international marketplaces to buy from and a link to Google Sheets templates for having an organized list.

You don’t have to be sorry, I’m always happy to answer that question ^^ Also it’s not really on you, these questions don’t even appear that often, but when you like me spend too much time on Pokémon TCG subreddits and forums, they do come up multiple times (which I like to see though for this question specifically, always happy to see international species collecting grow).
