How much would you guys suggest a psa 10 unlimited shining tyranitar should be sold for at the moment?

I personally think it could go for at least 1000USD
It is very hard to find nowadays, harder than most of the other Shinings it seems

Since there is one for sale for 1200 I would guess less than that.
