Hey E4! First post. So I have a pair of Scizors with the holo having different hues. Which is the true color? They are both holo bleed.
I can barely tell a difference between the two. There is also no holo bleed on either card.
Minor color differences are pretty normal for all cards. 
And it even happens across all languages. Here for example some Japanese vending machine cards with minor color differences:
The cards above are from the second Vending Machine set, but the third Vending Machine set actually has to different print runs that can be distinguished by their colors. Here for example the OOYAMA’s Pikachu:
With color variations, only in extreme cases it’s usually noteworthy, like:
The EU vs US Rayquaza GS prints:
Or the various XY Evolution color misprints:
Or if a CMYK color layer is missing completely of course:
Regarding your Scizor, which of those two is the more commonly found color, I don’t know. Probably the first/darker one, since it’s similar to the Japanese print. 
And just like rtas, I don’t see any holo bleed in those pictures..
