Do you guys think this Dark Charizard seemingly concept art sketch is real?

It’s true my uncle is Ken Sugimori and he told me this is real and my dad works at Nintendo (to anyone who may be genuinely wondering this is a joke)

I can corroborate this. My uncle Sug Kenimori (no relation) knows their uncle and worked at Sega. They say its 103% legit. It was indeed hanging in a family home for 30years just like any common person would have done with something like this. You can tell by the way it is.
