Quick T17 question: what did the last PSA-10 sell for?

The T17 is a great grab. If I had been a month earlier getting to the neo sets I probably would have picked it up

I had stored these in a couple of bank safe deposit boxes and decided to pull a couple out and showcase them off. It took me nearly 6 hours to go to the banks, pull the cards, sleeve them, and put it all back at the banks boxes. I had absolutely no idea how much WOTC cards has exploded in value the past couple of months until a friend told me about the prices.

Pictured is just 4 sets as I couldn’t get all of the cards and boxes into frame. I think this is the first time in 5/6 years since I’ve seen and touched these cards. All absolutely minty mint

Continuing with the Neo era, here’s some Neo Revelation sets. In total I have 9 completed 1st edition sets and 8 sealed boxes. I originally had 12 but traded 4 away for some MTG boxes a while back (dumb decision on my part, I traded for Unlimited and Revised boxes).

I completely forgot to take the pictures of the 2 shining cards but they’re all there. Again, I could only fit 4 sets into the pictures so here they are.

The bank manager looked at me with amusement when I pulled the cards out of the saving deposit boxes. She asked me if I could check on the values of some of her old cards she had from when she was young. Took 6 hours and 3 trips to get them out and put them all back into the saving deposit boxes but it’s worth the time to look at them again, been so long.

Makes you wonder what else he has that he hasn’t shown yet.

According to the psa 8/9/10 ratios he has a decent shot of between 8-20% for each holo I think

This guy looks like he is very careful with card collecting too, given he keeps them in a bank safe

I remember when that card sat on ebay for $7k and nobody bought it. He increased the cost to $10K and then TCA grabbed it.

What’s the problem? Can’t you recognize organic growth in the hobby when it’s right in front of you?
