I recently found an item I’ve been looking for a while on Yahoo Japan. However, it says I can not bid on this item using buyee so I’m just assuming the seller chooses not to let proxys bid on his/her item. Is there a way to get around this or do I have to wait for the item to come up again from another seller?

I reached out and is hoping for a response but he doesn’t seem active these days. Auction ends on Christmas Eve so might need a quicker solution if I want to try to get the card.
You could try another middleman service that actually does the bidding for you, i’ve only used it once but i think for example wakuwakumono might work out
