QotD: Should overleveling 10 total levels be allowed for tournaments if they had a higher attack failure ratio?

Helpful Considerations: Good idea? Bad idea? No change? All levels on one pokemon or spread?

for me higher attack failure ration could irritate a bit. But the abilities will come into picture in that part. Let’s say a compound eyes Galvantula with 10 higher levels though it has high attack failure ratio the accuracy increase in it’s ability will highly demand it’s usage with high levels. Goes with coumpound eyes Butterfree too. And others. So not a bad idea but will completely twist the pokemon usage where few going out of thought.

Sure! If people want to grind let’s give them an opportunity to fo that! (Do people grind the levels or are they somehow granted in tournaments?)
