The Vault has some downsides for sure, but being able to sell fast and easily on eBay with ZERO risk is absolutely priceless

I was just thinking about making a thread like this. I’m having a hell of a time trying to get a card out of the vault and sent back to me. I paid the vault fee and shipping fee nearly a month ago. They marked it as shipped, but didn’t actually ship it. No tracking info provided, no response to any emails.
I called customer service, and they pretty much said you’ll get it when you get it. So much for 3-5 business days.
Sorry to hear about your situation, but it is something I have been through. There is a customer service rep called “Ivan” who was extremely helpful and proactive in resolving my issues. I hope you get some support from him. The others (like “Gina” and whatnot) are not very helpful and extremely slow.
I emailed them about a similar situation and was told the new guidance for that is 10-12 business days.
