Takumi Wada is a newer artist in the Scarlet/Violet era. The first card they drew of a steel type was
when I pulled it from a booster pack, I actually had to stop. Its rare for a normal card to stop me in my tracks, but Wada’s skill in drawing the reflections on metal impressed me. I immediately desired for his art to be given another shot on a full art of some sort of another steel type. And I got my wish with not just any pokemon, but a long time favorite in skarmory! Just look at it. You can see skarmory reflecting the sky, the desert horizon, the clounds. And even the totally not volkswagon bus reflects skarmory in its metal too. Its an amazing card. Takumi Wada has proven to be an amazing artist that I’m glad to have seen do work.

Bestest (metal) coil. A lot of the Magnemite line I like are lightning type since it’s primary Electric and not Steel, so this Magnezone alt art is basically the default answer for metal.
I will instead post a Metang.
