I was browsing through ebay and came across this listing for a pokemon snap charmander card. I’ve never seen one so anyone have info?

It is part of the Snap Cards. It was sold recently and PSA refuses to grade it because the images in the old Japanese Pokemon Book AKA The Pokemon Bible don’t include some of the text in the lower section of the card. The card is authentic but I believe when the book was printed the images included for some of the snap cards were stock images and not of the final approved card. As a result, they don’t match and PSA refuses to grade.

Not authenticating it because of a slight variation from the sample photo makes no sense. They should be able to tell it’s real just by looking at the printing dots under magnification.
