The Pokemon Center Japan has confirmed an incident relating to unexpected account logins. They are not clear on the details or the scope of the incident, but have decided to reset all user account passwords. If you have an account with PCJ then you need to reset your password.
Oddly enough, my iPhone warned me my password was stolen from Pokémon Center Japan over 2 months ago. Surprised it took them so long to put this out.
