You’d be surprised. Some cards are miscut on purpose by the sheet owner and then they will be graded as such with PSA, CGC, etc. While the original owner may sell them as NFC, PSA or any grading company won’t specify this. The end-buyer may then believe that the card was factory miscut, when in reality it was not.
