Originally attached to the straw for Misty’s (Kasumi’s) Pink Soda (カスミのピンクソーダ), a drink inspired by Misty, the gym leader.

Event seems to be in promotion of the release of the Let’s Go Pikachu/Let’s Go Eevee games.
