As a general piece of advice, I will quote myself from a thread earlier this year:
In terms of resources, E4 honestly is a great place to start. There is a wealth of knowledge, collections and collectors who can help with questions about Dragonite cards, pricing, and card care.
For pricing, I like using 130point and eBay for most recent solds. For toploaders vs. binders, it really just depends how you want to look at or display your cards but you can’t go wrong with either. If you’re really indecisive there are even toploader binders!
