I’m a relativly new (big) buyer, who just recently bought a +5k card off eBay for my collection. My account is one year old with about 20feedback from @max 100$ purchases. So I’m glad people give us the chance to buy big all of a sudden (mostly bought my expensive cards from local stores/sources before)- you just gotta trust people sometimes (only after looking at their ratings/feedback etc ofcourse)
That being said; its been a week since my purchase via PayPal and the seller still did not confirm my money got through (says that its coming across as an e-cheque, takes approx. 7days) -[PayPal also still had the amount as “pending/still in treatment”]…
its probably gonna be allright, but i do get your ‘paranoia’ -its a shitload of money to lose in a elaborate scam and that much money gets you thinking
About my first big buy (gonna be sooooo happy and relieved when i recieve it) my seller is canman202020, seems reputable and safe enough & has a lot in store rightnow- might be worth a check
Echecks do take quite a while to come through. You’ll have no issues with Darrin (@canman202020 on here as well but is rarely on). Great guy who I have done loads of sales/buys with and never had an issue and he has an amazing collection and selection of cards for sale.
