Need advice on this error card

Hello everyone,

I have this card from my childhood collection. It look like a error card or possibly just a fake card. Has anyone seen this before? Any advice or possibly any value thoughts?

Unfortunately I believe this is a fake. The font doesn’t match up with real cards as a starting red flag.

Theoretically some bootleg collectors might be interested in this flygon though, since that blurry print is weird enough to be entertaining

It’s an error on a fake card. Pretty cool but I doubt it’s too rare as fakes don’t have much qa qc obviously
