Oh man, i don’t envy you trying to complete this in traditional Chinese, French and Portuguese.
All other languages should be relatively easy to find, just financially draining.
French is going to cost you a pretty penny as the French like to think their cards are the best in the world, so the prices reflect this.
Portuguese, unless you find someone in Brazil to get the whole set for you is going to just suck to find
