@mike444 I have a few duplicates in a no symbol set I was going to send for grading but they are probably better off as binder cards - jolteon, vaporeon, wigglytuff, and vileplume from the list you are looking for (also have pidgeot & electrode dupicates)
I do have a whole set though depending on if you’re interested in more.
Best just buy some psa 8 and crack them I’m not sure anybody on here is selling you mint no symbols for $70-$150
I do have a number of these in PSA 8 that i would sell in your price range!
