I can find some cards but not a full visual list. There are 34 cards total. Appear to be punch out cards. Wondering if anyone can provide a link or visuals of all cards.

Not sure where you got the info that there are 34 different ones. All five of the cards in your pictures are from the Teach/Tryout Set of March 1st, 2011, which is a set of six cards in total. Here is the full set in its original configuration:
To quote my own article for this set, and all other Teach/Tryout sets:
Maybe the 34 comes from all Teach/Tryout sets combined minus the first one of 2000? 
Those indeed total to 34 cards, plus 10 more if you do include the first set (so 44 in total across all years).
Although technically there are even more, since the March 1, 2011 set is available with three different copyright dates: 2010, 2011, and 2013.
