Looking for an Authenticity check

They are too large, and all the energy symbols on the fake one are insufficiently domed (the one thing nearly all fakes have in common.)

It is not my card, but he did put some pretty good pictures in his list thing, and he provided more to me by request. Claims they came from a late friend and is selling them to return the money to his family. He’s also sold a $20 professor Oak and $150 magikarp in prior listings. This card was the only one that he actually had listed, the rest was electronics. I did know it was fake. By the magenta layer but I also did not compare it to another card. Looking at that alone, I probably wouldn’t have noticed the symbols(hence why i wanted other opinions). Some of the sellers prior listings show light tests as well and show the sides for the black core. I’m sure fossil is next. This seems like it’s gonna be an epidemic for vintage collectors.
