Hi, on cardmarket, when I was looking for LTR Pikachu, Eevee, Growlithe etc. I see that there are two versions of these cards, but when I look on photos they seems to be exactly the same.
Is there a diffrence between them?
For English, yes the holo has the typical B&W horizontal lines and the reverses are indeed reverse like other modern cards.

You mean that some CardMarket sellers marked them as Reverse Holo and some did not?
If I go to the Legendary Treasures Pikachu, I see that’s indeed the case: https://www.cardmarket.com/en/Pokemon/Products/Singles/Legendary-Treasures/Pikachu-LTRRC7
But there is only one version of this card in English, which is holo on the entire card, and has holo Pikachu logos, hearts, lightning bolts, and stars in the description:
So in this case, you can basically ignore the RH-mark of sellers. All those cards for sale are the same.
PS: Note that this only applies to the Radiant Collection part of this set. Most of the other cards in the main set will have a separated RH variant (all, except for the Ultra and Secret Rares).

I stumbled upon this flareon and I see that also Generation set have some

Find the correct list and teach yourself how those sets are made in the past.
Cardmarket sometimes misses cards and sometimes the take the same card with different wording while there is only 1.
A.f.a.i.k., only the Legendary Treasures and XY Generations sets have a Radiant Collection section with cards like that.
As for the EX FireRed & LeafGreen Reverse Holofoils, the EX era sets had unique RHs starting from EX Hidden Legends.
