Hello guys and welcome to another day of the polls. So the first one to take the blow in this set is chuck. Honestly chuck got a little bit character but it just feels too much for me. Hd mons as usual problem of johto leaders , kanto copies. His design is meh. And hence Chuck leaves first.
Positions are:
Whys everyone hate bugsy? His design is interesting, especially this early in pokemon. Adventure and exploration in his outfit, weird 1900s british sensibilities in short shorts, tall socks, and an ascot.
Mortys design is boring, generic blonde dude in comfy clothes.
Even pryce isnt that great with an overcoat and scarf.
Whitney is generic farm girl.
Clair is essentially a genderswapped lance.
Falkner is a more traditional japnese style outfit which is unique in design.
Jasmine also has a unique outfit design compared to many characters. Interesting that it is also very dated for the time period that gen2 was released.
Agree with basically everything except this. Hot blonde in pastel lounge is never boring or generic and making him a ghost type trainer is cool.

The mans a hippy and took Grateful Dead too literally 
. But yeah, that outfit is better.
I never felt like Pryce had much impact in any way. No real lore, design is meh, his gym was too easy. He felt so isolated and pointless which sucks because there was potential for him to be more.
