Is my Shining Gyarados a double holo or holo bleed?

Is this a double holo error Shining Gyrados?

Yes, it is. The double holo error (holo bleed error) only has a small line of cloud ink visible and the holo pattern extends to all portions of the card. The cosmos holo pattern does not shine through all parts of the cloud ink on a normal copy. [image]
