Hello,
On Bulbapedia it says both of these promos are from the Coro Coro Ticket Exchange (December 2006). I just noticed that the Riolu 001/D-P has a glossy finish and the Lucario 002/D-P has a non-glossy finish. Just looking for information on them since it says they are from the same event but have different finishes. Does any know anymore about how these were distributed? Thanks!
