True to my quest of obtaining every Cyndaquil items, I stumbled on Ebay on this item:

I talked a bit with the vendor to get some informations, but he seemed to not really remember where it came from.
I did some digging on my end and could not find any more informations. I have very few infos:
- It seems to date back to 2000
- Here is a picture of the front of the flyer
- Hitachi is an electronics manufacturer.
- There was a contract between pokemon and hitachi spanning from 1999 to 2000.
- In that time period Hitachi had nearly 5000 locations accross japan.
- It seems to be a stamp rally in the style of the one run by JR East Planning.
- From what I can translate, i seem to have found one of the prizes :
What I want to know:
- What was the actual event.
- Where did it took place?
- What was the mechanic of that stamp rally?
- Were there any other prizes related to it?
- Are there any related items?
- Is cyndaquil on any of those items?
If you guys know anything about this event, please let me know.
I bought it anyway, because i was too scared one of you was going to get my precious cyndaquil away from me.
