Hello, this is an old post but i am desperate looking for one missing card in my collection of ralts+kirlia.
Maybe you can help me out, i am looking for the unli xy8 kirlia, i have contacted so many shops, buying bulks, etc. i have only found one blurry picture of one sold on ebay so at this point i am not sure if it exist.
Tried Mercari, yahoo, cardmarket, tgcrepublic and other little online shops but no luck.
I wish you can help me out or at least confirm that i am not hunting a ghost.

The only thing we can do is confirm that you are indeed not hunting for a ghost. As you can see by photos posted in this thread or other posts by say myself or Citriina, Red Flash unlimited cards do definitely exist, they are just very rare. Finding them often takes years of daily searching on multiple Japanese sites (at least Mercari and Y! Auctions). Also make sure to not only search for “キルリア xy8”, but also at least every few days just for “キルリア” and “XY8” independently as listing titles of private sellers often can be something like “miscellaneous XY8 cards” or “miscellaneous Kirlia cards” without mentioning the specific cards / sets respectively. If you haven’t already, also set up alerts on ebay and Cardmarket. Good luck on your hunt!

Thx for the answer, yeah i know unlimited xy8 exists (i have the ralts), i was just wondering if kirlia didnt get the unlimited for some reason.
I do search the card in all the terms, xy8, kirlia, キルリア, and combinations.

patience, or buying some loose packs and praying..
I had quite some luck from H2 buying out listings and hoping for an unlimited copy. Seems there are 3 in stock if you want to try there

Yeah, i have h2 account too i will try it but the ratio of 1ed against ued are way too high, who knows, lets see.
Opening packs is out of discussion for me at 70usd each pack its just too much.

Its a bit late but I am facing the same problem, currently doing a master set of Bronzor and bronzong in japanese and the red flash unlimited, LEGEND clash at the summit and awakening psychic king. Im daily searching on ebay and ofc cardmarket (sellers forgot all the time to put the 1ed stamp while listing its upsetting) and im doing Mercari now but no luck there…
If any of you know where i can find thoses cards:

If you aren’t already, make sure to not only search for “ドーミラー xy8”, but also for “xy8” and “ドーミラー” independently. Otherwise it’s just a matter of patience, good luck!

Clash at the summit shouldn’t be too bad, i found that the easiest of hgss sets. awakening psychic king probably a bit harder than red flash. Since Bronzong/zor are not the most popular pokemon it will probably just make them harder to find as people won’t think about listing them.
I will have a few of the 048 for sale on fanatics in the coming days if they ever decide to appraise them. keep an eye out there
