Like someone else mentioned already, my mind says Latias and my heart says Charizard. I think these goldstars have alot of potential because of their rarity and its even more rare to get them in that kind of condition.
But they are from an era where Pokemon wasnt as popular. So I am not sure how nostalgia will factor into this where that Charizard card is basically the very definition of nostalgia. And nostalgia can make a price go boom.
Me personally would go with the Charizard for that reason. As I dont necessarily buy whatever I think has the most long term potential. I rather collect what I love
