Hi! Would you have any on the pricing of the following stamped cards: Iono (regionals), Arven (nationals), Boss’ Orders (Asia Championship), and Chien-Pao ex (Nationals) ? Thanks a lot!
Hello,
I own several asian stamped Promos
(i also sell some on eBay)
The Ionos besides the Hong Kong are going for 150-180$ ungraded
The Hong Kong iono (3 Tournaments with 80-100 players) is very rare compared to the others (3 Tournaments 220-300 players) so its 300+$
Bosses Order is around 100-150$
Chien-Pao blue stamped 400-800$
Chien-pao golden stamp 2000+++$
For the Arven with the golden stamp besides HK around 230-250$
(around 200-300 cards on the 1 tournament per region)
The Hong Kong Arven 63 Copies (!!!) have been given out because the Tournament was small. - There is no real price because its super rare - I assume 300++$
(The called prices based on public sales)
So I can provide some more pictures:
OK I’m gonna revive this thread for more visibility now…
Starting from this month, Asia Championship Series (a.k.a. PACS) will be held in new format:
According to season schedule, we expect to see the following promos showing up this month:
First released in Malaysia, October 19:
- Earthen Vessel (Great Ball League stamp)
- Pidgeot ex (Great Ball League stamp)
First released in Philipines, October 27:
- Fan Rotom (Premier Ball League stamp)
- Terapagos ex (Premier Ball League trophy)
Can anyone have connections there help grab some photos of the cards? Thanks!
Never mind, TPC had updated the official site with images!
Are you aware how promos will be dstributed now? Will there be different promos for every region and between every league tier?
Yes.
For the new tournaments I’ll just refer to the official intro:
As for how the cards are going to be distributed (note that we don’t count in Hong Kong yet as TPC has discontinued English-exclusive tournaments in HK, and we don’t know which set of promos will be given to English players in the new tournaments):
- Earthen Vessel (Great Ball League stamp) - Great Ball League participant prize
- Pidgeot ex (Great Ball League stamp) - Great Ball League top ranking prize awarded to about 1/32 of all players (top 2 if the tournament has 64 players, top 4 if 128 and top 8 if 256)
- Fan Rotom (Premier Ball League stamp) - Premier Ball League participant prize, should have 2376 copies based on number of participants in SG (48 + 48 + 504), MY (72 + 72 + 1032) and PH (48 + 48 + 504)
- Terapagos ex (Premier Ball League trophy) - Premier Ball League trophies, should have 36 copies (top 4 * 3 age groups * 3 regions)
Based on the images we can expect different promos across league tiers but same across regions (except non-TPCi trophies which have regions printed). However as Great Ball League and Ultra Ball League each has 3 seasons per year, it is possible for TPC to release a new set of promos in each season. We’ll have to wait and see about that.
As a snorlax fan im so scared of these promos price would be through the roof if or when a snorlax appears. Im especially worried as the snorlax from twilight blisters and the snorlax from the sylveon ex box have not been released into these countries so my theory is it will pop up as one of these
I saw this on discord, so Judge version of the new Stamp Premier League cards :
Does anyone know if in Asian countries where they have the English cards there are also the JUDGE versions ?
It would probably be Fan Rotom.
This news is very interesting, they’ve never done judge promos in non-English southeast Asian regions. (Although having variants issued to the same index is a pet peeve of mine and now they’re expanding this…)
First English Premier Ball League won’t occur until Sunday (in Philipines) so we’ll have to wait and see. I’m also interested to see if there are judge promos in other leagues (Master Ball League maybe, but the other two are local leagues so perhaps not).
BTW, do we have any photo evidence of judge promos in last year’s English leagues (presumably Iono or Arven)?
Yeah those are from Ultra Ball leagues, non-English regions got Sada and Pikachu ex instead.
So what we know of the judge variants so far:
Language and Season | Event | Status |
---|---|---|
English 2022-23 | National Champions 2022-23 | Confirmed: Ultra Ball judge promo (first post in this thread) |
English 2022-23 | All other past tournaments until 2022-23 | Confirmed: no promo cards |
English 2023-24 | Tournaments in 2023-24 | TO BE CONFIRMED - mentioned but no photo evidence |
English 2024-25 | Premier Ball League 2024-25 | Confirmed: Fan Rotom judge promo (photo in the post below) |
English 2024-25 | Other leagues in 2024-25 | TO BE CONFIRMED |
Non-English 2023-24 | All past tournaments until 2023-24 | Confirmed: no judge variants |
Non-English 2024-25 | Premier Ball League 2024-25 | Confirmed: Tatsugiri judge promo (photo in this thread) |
Non-English 2024-25 | Other leagues in 2024-25 | TO BE CONFIRMED |
For non-English variants, Tatsugiri was also confirmed in Traditional Chinese so we could safely assume that Indonesia variant also exists.
However the Traditional Chinese image is more of an official image than a actual card photo, which is not found anywhere on the official website, therefore we are suspecting that the image was only revealed to certified judges eligible for receiving one.
Reward Program: At the beginning of the Pokémon Trading Card Game Asia Championship Series from Sept. 1, 2022, we will start a Rewards Program for Official Judges who have participated in tournaments and assisted the management and for Event Organizers who have organized competitions, where they could receive Original merchandise based on the number of times they’ve performed such activities. We plan to share the details with those who passed the Certification Exam.
If we can find a certified judge in Singapore, Malaysia or Philipines to check the exclusive contents, we will be able to confirm exactly which judge variants were distributed.
English Judge version !
We can suppose there will also be judge version for Earthen Vessel from the Great Ball League, Professor Turo’s Scenario from the Ultra Ball League, and ??? from Master Ball League.
Ah nice, so judge promos in every Premier Ball leagues then!
I’m guessing not though, these two leagues are local tournaments so they’re in a different situation from the other two. Might need to find Malaysians to help us confirm that (their Great Ball league season had already started).
We have to tell ourselves that it’s more complicated now but that it will get simpler, I hope
Has the thai premeir ball league happened yet?
It was already held last month. In fact, Thailand was one of the earliest regions to have held the Premier Ball league:
Thank you i couldnt find much info on it havent seen any yet for thailand
Hello here for help with collecting
Is there is discord for collectors
hi how much do u think a psa 9 terapagos ex premier ball stamped can sell for?
All depends on the buyer, but given it’s a 1/12 card (for now), then a bit more than the base value I’ve seen them go for (2k USD)
