Since Pokemon is celebrating its 30th anniversary, there have been a lot of collaboration events lately. With the rise of AI, it’s getting harder to tell what’s real and what’s not, but have you seen the potential Heinz × Pokemon collab/leaks?
I get how Pikachu liked ketchup in the TV series, but is this going a bit too far? I personally don’t care for the art and find it a little too abstract for a Pokemon card. But there have been plenty of odd ways to get promos in the past, like buying Japanese canned coffee to get a Giovanni promo or buying Kraft cheese to get the WC stamp Dark Charmeleon.
I originally thought this Heinz card was a joke, but Heinz Japan actually posted Pikachu ketchup on their Instagram.
If they did a total collab of pokemon and heinz they could also do heinz beans and the english would go nuts over it. beans on toast pikachu would go crazy.
